How do you match me with a coach?

How often can I communicate with my coach?
Message your coach as often as you like and expect replies during their available hours. You’ll also have regular check‑ins (typically weekly) to review progress and update your plan.
Can I choose or change my coach?
Yes. You can request a specific coach based on preferences and switch at any time if you’re not connecting—no penalty.

How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days free. Access coaching features on day one; we’ll email a reminder before the trial ends. If you don’t cancel before day 7, your plan renews at the standard rate; you can cancel anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Log in and turn off auto‑renewal in your subscription settings. If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you won’t be charged again (no refunds for partial periods).
Is this right for me if I’m dealing with something serious?
